NEW PLOTS & EXISTING GARDENS

Villa and townhouse
gardens in Dubai.

Just received the keys? If the back garden is still sand, there is a lot to decide: where to sit, what needs shade, how much lawn to keep and where the water will drain.

LLD helps turn those decisions into a garden plan and a clear scope for installation. We also work with existing gardens—keeping the parts that work and changing the parts that don’t.

About LLD

FROM BARE PLOT TO GARDEN

Your own kind
of outdoors.

A private resort for a villa. A Mediterranean courtyard for a townhouse. Explore two distinct approaches to transforming a bare Dubai plot into a garden made for living.

01 / THE MEDITERRANEAN COURTYARD

A little escape, just outside.

An olive tree, curved seating and warm limestone turn a compact plot into a private courtyard. A shaded table makes room for slow lunches; soft lighting carries the garden into the evening.

  • Sculpted seating with linen-toned cushions
  • Olive foliage, climbing greenery and tactile stone
  • An intimate dining terrace with considered shade

NEW HOME HANDOVER

Start below
the surface.

The finished garden is only part of the job. A bare plot also needs a plan for ground preparation, water, drainage and service routes.

Wherever your home is in Dubai, bring the plans for your villa or townhouse, along with the details of anything the developer is supplying. We can begin planning before handover.

Read the handover checklist
01

Levels & drainage

Check the relationship between doors, finished paving and drainage. Decide how surface water will be managed.

02

Services before surfaces

Confirm irrigation, lighting and kitchen service routes before laying paving or lawn.

03

Access & permissions

Establish delivery access, working arrangements and the requirements for the actual proposed work.

04

What to keep

Inspect any existing planting, irrigation or paving before assuming it all needs replacing.

BEFORE WORK STARTS

Know what
you’re agreeing to.

A written proposal should make the work, the price and the responsibilities clear.

01

Layout & materials

A plan of the garden, the surfaces and finishes, and the planting sizes and quantities.

02

Included & excluded

Groundwork, drainage, irrigation, electrics and specialist work listed clearly, including items priced separately.

03

Price & payment

An itemised quotation, payment stages and a written process for approving changes to the work.

04

Programme & handover

The sequence, access requirements, dependencies and care information, with any warranty or replacement terms written down.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before
we begin.

Do you landscape townhouses as well as villas?

Yes. The brief can cover a compact townhouse garden, a larger villa plot or an existing garden that needs changing. For smaller plots, we focus on fitting shade, seating, planting and clear access into the available space.

Our new home has a sand plot. Where do we start?

Start with the plot plan, photographs and a short list of what you want to use the garden for. On site, the levels, drainage, services and access need checking. Ground preparation and underground irrigation or electrical routes come before the paving, lawn and planting.

How much does landscaping cost in Dubai?

There is no reliable single price for every plot. Preparation, paved area, pergolas, planting sizes, service connections and access all change the cost. We discuss your budget first, then develop a quotation for the actual work. The ranges on our enquiry form are not advertised package prices. Read the budget guide.

Can we plan the garden before handover?

Yes. Plans and your priorities are enough for an initial discussion. Final measurements, levels, service locations and access need checking on the delivered property before installation is committed.

Do you build swimming pools?

Tell us about an existing or proposed pool so the garden can be planned around it. Pool construction, equipment and major structural work need a separate specialist assessment and quotation. They are not automatically included in the landscaping scope.

Can a design concept be adapted to my garden?

Yes. The garden studies and comparisons illustrate possible layouts and styles, rather than completed LLD projects. Your design is developed around the property, budget, access and technical requirements.

Can you work with owners living abroad?

We can discuss the brief remotely. Plans, material decisions and changes should be recorded in writing. Site access and a local representative where needed must be arranged before installation.

Where in Dubai do you work?

We welcome villa and townhouse projects throughout Dubai, from newly handed-over plots to established gardens. Tell us where your home is and what you have in mind; we will review the brief and the site arrangements with you.
