A family needing a lawn and shade has a different brief from an owner who wants an outdoor dining terrace. We start with the space you have, how you will use it and what you want to spend.
For a bare plot, the work begins below the surface: levels, drainage, soil preparation and service routes. For an existing garden, it starts with deciding what can stay. Those decisions affect both the layout and the cost.
LLD is British-founded and based in Dubai. Planting, shade and materials need to suit the particular property here—its exposure, water supply and the care the garden will receive.
Before installation, the proposal should set out what will be supplied, who is responsible for each part, the payment stages and the items still to be confirmed. Changes should be approved in writing.

Specialists where they matter
Structures, electrical work and other technical elements require appropriate professionals. The project scope identifies these responsibilities; a planting concept is not a substitute for the technical checks a construction detail needs.
Care after installation
Planting establishment, irrigation settings, equipment care and maintenance access are considered during design. Any ongoing aftercare is agreed around the actual garden and its systems.

Our focus is landscaping for villas and townhouses: new plots, complete garden transformations and improvements to existing outdoor spaces. Pool construction, major structural alterations and complex service changes are assessed separately.
